Wine made from our high-hill Chardonnay grapes, ideally exposed for aromatic development. First spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks and large barrels, partial malolactic fermentation. Refermentation with contained overpressure (~5bar), resulting in a harmonious integration within the ripe fruit matrix.
