Our ‘Se…’ line represents a glimpse into the future: the experimental vinification work we carried out in 2013 and 2016 has now become part of our winery’s established craft. This 2020 release is a spontaneous fermentation of Chardonnay from a single vineyard, featuring the maceration of a small portion of whole bunches in large oak barrels. Tirage with cork, manual disgorgement.
