In this cuvée we would like to condense the fresh, mineral element of the vintage. That doesn’t just mean acidity, but the crisp, flavorful expression of the ripe grapes from our oldest hilltop vineyards. Vinification in steel tanks and large barrels. No malolactic fermentation.
